BARS & CLUBS are OPEN on Presidents Day.

GOVERNMENT OFFICES are CLOSED on Presidents Day. Nearly all federal, state, county, and city agencies are closed on February 17.
LIQUOR STORES may be OPEN or CLOSED on Presidents Day. This depends on which state and/or city you are located in. Some areas allow alcoholic beverages to be sold on February 17th while others prohibit sales.
MOVIE THEATERS are OPEN on Presidents Day.
PHARMACIES & DRUG STORES are OPEN on Presidents Day. Pharmacy departments in grocery and big box stores might be operating on holiday schedules.
POST OFFICE (USPS) is CLOSED on Presidents Day. There is no mail delivery on February 17.
